The RC beam-column joints in NPP structures are vulnerable to damage under earthquake loading. In order to assess the capacity of the existing joints, it was proposed to test the joints under quasi-cyclic loading to evaluate their ductility and energy absorption capacity. The paper presents results carried out on the beam-column joints to monitor their health and evaluate their in-situ strength.
