Now a days structures have become most complicated and slender because of varied functional needs and employment of high strength and performance materials. In the present scenario structures are also subjected to abnormal load like blast and impact. In order to analyse complex structures acted upon by abnormal loads in addition to regular loads, a software package OSTA was developed in FORTRAN language.
