Description |
An important task in blast-resistant design is to make a realistic prediction of the blast pressures. triangular and rectangular shell elements were used to model the structure. Necessary routines were codified in VC++ to generate the pressure time histories of elements. This paper gives details of pressure generated on structures due to explosion taking place nearby.
