Description |
This paper presents a study of dispersion of nonfunctionalized
and functionalized Single Walled Carbon Nanotubes (SWCNT). Ethanol was used as solvent. The SWCNT suspensions were prepared by ultrasonication. The functionalization of SWCNTs was done by acid treatment. The purity of SWCNTs was analyzed using Energy Dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) of prepared
SWCNT film.
