Description |
X-ray structural analysis of Hgo.7Cro.3Sr2fuO r (nominal composition) was done by Rietveld technique. The actual
composition of the system and the position of the ions obtained from the analysis will be presented. The c-axis of this system is 0.9 A less than that of HgBa2CuO4 + 6. The Tc value obtained from resistivity measurement is ~ 51 K. The Hall angle cot On (p/BRH) shows a T 2 temperature dependence. Thermoelectric power is positive and large, indicating that
the system is in the underdoped region.
