Description Exhaust system has been designed to discharge the exhaust gas of small gas turbine engine from small gas turbine engine test facility. Diameter of mixing duct has been obtained by solving conservation equations (Continuity, Momentum and energy equations). Engineering drawing of different components, support and assembly have been drawn. ASTM, A 106, 24 inch pipe, schedule 10 steel pipe has been used as material. Viewing window has been provided to observe the engine exhaust duct. Finally, the complete exhaust system is fabricated and erected in the small gas turbine engine test facility.
