Description |
(N-Tosylimino)triphenylphosphorane (Ph3P NTs) and [N-(p-toslylsulfonyl)imino] phenyliodinane (PhI NTs) were found to be efficient
imido-transfer reagents for imidation of aldehydes using [RuCl2(PPh3)3] as the catalyst. A probable mechanism for this reaction is proposed.
