Description |
Paraffin deposition behaviour of two Indian waxy crude oils namely Ratna and Borholla crudes
has been studied under flowing conditions in a laboratory deposition assembly at different now rates
and oil & cold surface temperatures. The deposition data have been quantified mathematically in the
form of regression equations. It is observed that the time to obtain equilibrium deposition and
quantity of deposits varied with the test conditions-as well as with the nature"and composition of the
crude oil.
