Description Fatigue, Fracture and Structural Integrity is one of the core areas of research at CSIR-National Metallurgical Laboratory (NML), Jamshedpur (India). Over the past 30 years, the Fatigue and Fracture Group at CSIR-NML has been researching on various aspects of fatigue and fracture behaviour of engineering materials. The group launched several long term structural integrity programmes, namely, Component Integrity Evaluation Programme (CIEP) in the year 1990, Technology for Engineering Critical Assessment (TECA) in the year 2002 and Technology for Assessment and Refurbishment of Engineering Materials and Components (TAREMaC) in the year 2007. The objective of all these programmes were to provide specific solution(s) to targeted industrial sectors, and several industrial partners, CSIR laboratories, academia and other R&D organisations participated in these programmes. Apart from meeting the set objectives, these programmes also provided an opportunity to characterise and understand the fatigue and fracture behaviour of a variety of materials, covering a wide spectrum of applications  from railways to nuclear power, and a variety of loading/environmental conditions  spanning quasi-static to high strain rate or ambient condition to corrosive atmosphere. The Fatigue and Fracture group at NML realises the importance of spreading the knowledge and expertise generated over the years. In close collaboration with academia and its own academic programme, the group encourages students to spend time at NML and work towards their doctoral, post-graduation and graduation work. Several students from various academic institutes have been nurtured through such a scheme. This document contains a compilation  of 100 such research works published by the team over a period of time.
