Description Cobalt is one of the least abundant industrial metal. It is widely used in many application. With ever-increasing demand for cobalt, primary resources are exhausting to the intermediate and secondary resources have come to the forefront. A hydrometallurgical process has been developed for the recovery of cobalt from a zinc plant residue.
