The proton-ligand stability constants (log <em>K</em><sub>HL</sub>) of sulphadiazine, sulphapyridine, and sulphamerazine have been determined potentiometrically at an ionic strength of 0.1 <em>M </em> in 50% (v/v) ethanol-water mixture. The stability constants of both the binary complexes of Ln(III) and U(VI) with the investigated sulphonamides, and their ternary complexes with NTA as primary ligand and sulphonamides as secondary ligand, have been determined potentiometrically. |
