Description We have studied the effect of Ho doping on the dielectric and impedance spectroscopic properties of multiferroic Yb1-xHoxMnO3 (x = 0.1). The X-ray diffraction (XRD) studies confirmed the formation of single phase and hexagonal crystal structure with space group P6(3)cm. Impedance spectroscopy has been carried out as a function of temperature and frequency from RT to high temperatures to study its dielectric properties.
