In the title compound ( systematic name: ( S)-4-{3-[ 2-( dimethylamino) ethyl]-1H-indol-5-ylmethyl} oxazolidin-2-one chloroform solvate), C16H21N3O2 center dot CHCl3, the oxazolidinone ring is in a twist conformation. Intermolecular N-H center dot center dot center dot O, N-H center dot center dot center dot N and C-H center dot center dot center dot O hydrogen bonds stabilize the crystal packing.
