Description Description of a wall-mounted forced-oscillation rig developed for pitch-damping measurements in the NAL 1.2m end O.3m Trisonic wind tunnels is resented. Details of rig components, calibration, data acquisition, and reduction methods 4re included. Rig evaluation tests were conducted on a Basic Finner model at Mach numbers of 0.72, 0.8, 2.5, 3.0 and 4.0 in the 1.2m tunnel and at 2.5 in the 0.3m tunnel at zero incidence.. Results of these tests showed good agreement with the free-oscillation measurements obtained on the same model under identical test conditions and also with other experimental results.
