Deposits collected from the corroded surfaces of the pipeline and ECS shut-off valve of PV2 aircraft were determined by energy Dispersive X-ray (EDX) analyzer. EDX analysis showed that the deposits contain O, S, Si and Cl apart from the base material elements.
