St. Louis, MO, USA. Primary and secondary antibodies for Western blotting and immunofluriscence techniques (Table 1, Table 2 and Table 3) were purchased from Santa Cruz Biotechnology, Santa Cruz, USA and Bangalore Genni, Bangalore, India. The Trizol reagent, molecular biology products (reverse trancriptase, RNAse H, Taq polymerase, polynucleotide kinase) were purchased from Invitrogen. Real time PCR reagents were purchased from Applied Bio System, CA, USA. PCR primers and oligonucleotides for electrophoretic mobility shift assay (EMSA) were purchased fromSigma Oligos, Sigma, Kolkata.
