Description A general and highly efficient synthetic protocol under phase transfer catalytic condition has been established for the synthesis of fused tetracyclic oxazocinoquinolone analogues which served as the precursors for novel biaryl quinolones using microwave assisted Suzuki cross coupling reaction.
